Highlights from our week!

CUP SONGS BEGIN: Students listen to and perform various compositions with cups as percussion "instruments". 

We have added to our instrument kits and use these items for PLAY A LONG time to keep the beat. We also use these to COMPOSE rhythms.  Also, Grades 1/2 - Learned and Preformed "Call and Response" songs and finger play movements. 

DRUMMING CONTINUES: for grades 3-6:

Students in K-2 also participated in a variety of movement songs such as this one from Cool 4 School. Remember you have access to this resource anytime from home. (Check Google Classroom for links and instructions or simply ask Mrs. Riopel to show you again)
